Thank you for shopping with Risaal.pk. Below is our official Shipping Policy, designed to give you clear and transparent information about how we deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

  • In case of delays due to high order volume, we will notify you by email or WhatsApp.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

We currently ship orders across Pakistan.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities & Regions: 3–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery time may vary based on courier workload, weather, strikes, or other external factors.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Occasional free-shipping promotions may apply.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
You can track your order directly on the courier’s website.

5. Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your address and contact information are correct before placing an order.

Risaal.pk is not responsible for:

  • delayed delivery due to incorrect address

  • lost package due to inaccurate details

  • additional charges for re-delivery

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged during delivery:

  1. Take photos/videos of the parcel before opening.

  2. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving it.

In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier, but the investigation may take 7–14 business days.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available nationwide.
Please note:

  • Courier may contact you before delivery.

  • Refusing a COD order without reason may restrict future orders.

8. Split Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages depending on product availability.

9. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.
Only Pakistan-based orders are accepted.
